Fundraising and Development Manager
Salary: £30,000 per annum

Human rights group Peter Tatchell Foundation is seeking a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced fundraising manager with an impressive track record of generating income from various streams to create and manage a fundraising strategy including trusts, corporate donors, community fundraising, events, major donor fundraising and legacies.
The main purpose of the position is to create and implement a fundraising strategy to expand and diversify PTF’s supporter base with a focus on generating sustainable income. You will be a skilled communicator and relationship manager, who is able to communicate effectively in person and on paper. You will have extensive experience of creating fundraising appeals and work within a small team and engage volunteers to achieve targets agreed collaboratively with the Management Team.
Main Duties include fundraising strategy, research and identify potential supporters, build and maintain supporter relations, ensure efficient operation of fundraising systems, events, governance, representation & budgetary responsibility.
The Peter Tatchell Foundation (PTF) seeks to promote and protect the human rights of individuals, communities and nations, in the UK and internationally, in accordance with established national and international human rights law.
The PTF seeks to raise awareness, understanding, protection and implementation of human rights, in the UK and worldwide. This involves research, education, advice, casework, publicity and advocacy for the enforcement and furtherance of humanitarian statutes and values.
The human rights aims and objectives of the PTF are charitable and with a public benefit. We are currently seeking charitable status.
